Lineda's 'Macedoine' for leftover rice and pasta

In our household we love rice and pasta, and use veggies the following day to make ‘macedoine’ for lunches

This would make a great lunchbox meal for school/work. I do find the rice/pasta portion guide from Love Food Hate Waste is really handy and now have it stuck on my cupboard door.
