Today we’re monkeying around with bananas. They go off so quickly that they are one of our top wasted food.

But when you stop to think of the embedded energy from water, transportation, cold storage and packaging it seems a crime to let them rot.

Especially when there are so many delicious things you can do with them!

Now you’ve cleared out the offenders from your fridge it’s time for a thorough clean. While you are there check the seals and the temperature of the fridge. And how about a bit of reorganisation by turning your fridge upside down?
