   I have been known to stir fry the bag of leftover salad leaves. It was a bit hard at first to get used to the idea but then rocket is often found in recipes where it is served “wilted” as is spinach.

     That is such a good idea. I’ve still not had the courage to do it, but should have a go 🙂
